Anticipatory bail

Dear sir,
Few day ago , i met accident with scooter (m on car). driver of scooter is seriously injured with leg fracture. SHO giv me bail on section 279 only. But driver of scooter afraid me that he give FIR against me under section 307 and other critical charges.
So Sir please tell me , Is i get anticipatory bail on this case????
And how??

You need not worry as this is only an accidental case and not an attempt to murder. You might have no enmity with that person so the case cannot be changed into 307 IPC without having such nexus.

Police shall properly investigate the matter and if you find that it is not doing properly and is trying to follow the desire of that driver, you may make complaint to higher police officials in this regard and may pray for fair and impartial enquiry.

Don't worry.AS Section 307 in The Indian Penal Code,1860 is Attempt to murder.It requires act with such intention or knowledge.
In your case there is no intention to kill this person..Only 279 of IPC applicable.
