(1)a practising advocate can act as news contributor/ reporter/ agent for any daily news paper? and get accridation and other facilities provided by the government of aandhrapradesh.

(2)a news contributor after completion of his law degree symultaneously can practise as advocate and continue his journalism?

is he receiving remuneration for this work?????

if answer is positive then he have to surrender his membership before state bar council to do so or resign from reporter.

news contribution is allowed by bar council even if paid.
