My family owns a plot in Faridabad. My grandfather purchased it, but we have not been able to develope it because we do not stay there. We want to sell the plot but the estate agent says it is difficult since there is no development done on it as is required by HUDA. My family would like to clear the payment of HUDA dues and then sell the plot. But we do not know the process for it. We have written to HUDA but have not received any response. Request your help.

If HUDA coming your way, contact and do needful with them only.

It needs to be known whether there was nay clause with regard to development at the time of allotment by HUDA. If violation of it may attract penalty.
If the allotment letter followed by registration of deed of conveyance did not have clause on future transfers without the NOC of HUDA, then you could safely proceed with the sale.

just go for the HUDA compliance and clear whatever the out standings amount and u can easily develop/ construct/ sale the said plot. further feel free to contact any legal help asap to proceed further.
