Certified standing order

Dear experts,

1- In a domestic enquiry in a Ltd company, can company deny giving copy of certified standing order to the CSE.

No. If the disciplinary proceeding is based upon Certified Standing Orders of the company then such company cannot deny and if it do so, its entire benefit shall go in favour of the delinquent employee.
