Does a family settlement made on a plain paper among 4 out of total 7 members of a family, with signatures of 4 family members and those of the extended family as witnesses hold any worth in a court of law?
ie. Is such a document admissible in court in case any of the family members does not honour the settlement?

As long as not all have signed, it has no value.

one of the clauses in the family settlement is the sale of a property by 2 persons to 1 person. Now when all these 3 persons (out of total 4 present) i.e. vendor and vendee have signed the agreement; doesn't it hold any value in a court of law?

In criminal court it is admissible.
