Can you pl. shed some light on the Personal Injuries Compensation Act...is it something different than Workman Compensation Act.

In our country no Act named as the Personal Injuries Compensation Act exists.

An Act to impose on employers a liability to pay compensation to workmen sustaining personal injuries and to provide for the insurance of employers against such liability.
