i want to start my our web design business.

i want to know about legal paper work.
is there any legal formalities required ? before start web design work form small scale level.

there is only 1 person to work. "that's me"

i have no income at these time

actually i want to know about income-tax applied in my case?

also i want to Registration of company,mean before start web design work, we need to register our name.
and if i received payment from client side in cash.
any chance to legal issues?
