LICENCE IS NOT RENEWED SHOW CAUSE NOTICE IS ISSUED BY BMC AND POLICE DEPARTMENT.

1) What is Show Cause Notice ?
2) If party is not given reason within 30 days what action should be taken by department?
3) Licence is renewed by department last 7yrs party is already dead? who is responsible for that department or party who had been renewed?

show cause notice is notice to show causw why action should not be taken against you for violations mentioned in the notice

the notice grants party time to file reply within 30 days . if no reply is filed or the concerned authorities are satisfied that you have violated provisons of law action will be taken against you .

yhe notice must be mentioning provisions of law voiolated by you. read the rovisions of said act for the consequences for violation

Agreed, nothing more needs to be added except that the party currently running the business is liable to reply and get license renewed.
