with new amendment in crpc now police need to give notice to accused before arrest.in what cases notice is required to be given.who issue this notice.

Can you please cite me the provision wherein a procedure has been laid down vide which police has to provide necessarily notice to accused prior to his arrest.

Police doesnot need to provide any notice in sec 41 of amended CrPC. They just have to record the reason of arrest.
