What are the statutory approvals, permissions, licenses atc required to start and run a catering service business in mumbai?

hope you have to get corporation certificate and need to get Service tax registration .

Dear Sir,

The situation is that one organisation is entering into an agreement with a catering services to run a canteen/pantry for its staff in its premises. Thus, the organisation wants to confirm whether the service provider has all the required approvals and licenses.

Kindly consider this as a genuine querry and not a commercial one.
