I married a person 11 months ago in arya samaj mandir , but since then we haven't been together for many reason . now due to many reasons thr are always arguments between us which makes both of us feel uncomfortable with this relationship . we both have agreed to get an divorce . please suggest how to go about it

yeah !you are right it will cause you to wait. be clear also that settle clearly at the time of mutual divorce that the wife shall not have any claim of maintenance whether in respect of PAST or PRESENT or in respect of FUTURE VERY CLEARLY IN TERMS OF DIVORCE.

File join petition, make statements a first motion, get adjournment for second and final motion to be fixed after 6 months and live separately even during this time.

Now that it is only One month left for completion of one year of marriage, it is worthwhile to wait.
Otherwise, a petition that there would be exceptional hardships to the parties could have been made to hasten the process.
