498 laday can go in Appeal of 498A

(Querist) 17 July 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Sir, my querry is that my ex-wife has complaint of 498A. It is in final stage of Judgement. My querry is that:-
1. If i wi the 498A and if it is proved that i am innocence thn can my ex-wife can go for appeal in session court?
2. Actually i want to ask this qu. because 498A case run against me "Shasan Vs Ajay Reddy & otheres". She is not a party, so can she will go for appeal in Session Court?

1. Yes
2. If she is not a party then how could she bring the case against you?
She is the de facto complainant of thiis case and can very well challenge the decision in the trial.
