Interim Bail.

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 17 July 2011 This query is : Resolved 
When a accused gets interim bail & when a accused gets a AB (aniticipatory bail) If the interim bail is rejected then can a accused go for the AB or when a AB is rejected then accused go for interim bail?

A accused should apply first for which bail petition.

Whether i am right that interim bail is covered by section 437 of the crpc & AB is covered by section 438 of the crpc.
