section 420 and 406

Dear sir,
I have filed 156(3)complain/Istgasa u/s 420 and 406 against my wife for jwellery taken (in written) by her excessive of FIR u/s 498A.case is registered and in process in police.The Complain is genuine/ based on right information. if police files FR (which i mean false report)before the court due to political/money pressure from my wife side.and if i do not want to file protest petition/objection before court or say want to finish the matter due to some reason.
Can any action be taken by my wife or by police or by court against me.

Yes, if the Police so wishes it can initiate action against the de facto complainant for lodging false complaint.
