road through village

sir we are colonizers and had cut a colony
there a way goes through the village panchayats land initially it was open but now it has been closed by the govt i wanted to know what is the way to reopen the road
and the main thing is that it is also benificial for villagers as the price of their lands will also rise and we will also not do any damage to environment

There is no other way because you can't claim easementary rights against the govt., only way to left is put a pressure on the Govt., and local MlA and MP
