Dear counsels,

The electricity line going near our apartment is very low and even proper tar roads have not been laid in our street.What is the procedure to make the Electrical line to be placed high and to lay road.Whom to approach?Kindly guide me.

File a civil suit for mandatory injunction against concerned department.

yes, you can file either writ or injunction for to mandamus, for doing work and safe people life.first send the notice to PRO and AE thereafter not taking action then file.

Yes, before that, approach to Engineer of that area responsible with a written complaint signed by all residents affected and copy to Chief Engineer for information.
