False Sexual Harassment case

Can you give me some cases of false allegations of sexual harassment in work place and the court's verdict on the same? What is the remedy if superior at workplace is accused falsely of sexual harassment and threatened? The sexual harassment committee also has found the accused innocent. What are his options legally if the case goes to court?

Court needs evidence to convict an accused person. Mere allegation without any corroboration may not result in conviction.

what if court finds the accusations to be false? What remedy does the law give to the falsely accused person? Is there any judgement where the court has taken action against the person who levels false charges with malicious intent?
