Compromise in criminal case

Dear Sirs,
A person"A" filed several criminal cases against my 10 family members supported by false medical prescription,which was showing internal injuries to that person(A).We are in Anticipatory bail and now that person wants to compromise/..
The person's(A) lawyer was insisting us to come with all 10 persons to court and then court will accept the reconciliation.
My question is:-
1>Is it necessary to bring ourselves to court for taking out the case which has been filed by someone else(i.e person"A")?

as per criminal law some cases can compromise, but some case's you could not compromise, if the petitioner can withdraw the complaint and petition then only compromise.

FIRST TELL IF ANY FIR WAS LODGED OR HE HAS FILED COMPLAINT DIRECTLY BEFORE JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE.IF FIR WAS LODGED PLEASE WRITE SECTIONS OF I.P.C UNDER WHICH IT HAS BEEN LODGED.AND WHETHER POLICE HAS FILLED A CHARGE SHEET AGAINST YOU ALL??IF COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILLED,WHAT IS THE STAGE THERE OF??
AND THIS ALL CAN BE KNOWN TO YOU IF ANY ONE OF YOU VISIT COURT ENGAGE A LAWYER OTHER THAN HIS AND GET FILE INSPECTED.

Please tell sections under which prosecution is going iLn the court.

if all 10 persons are named accused of the case and if it is going to be copromised then all 10 accused persons must attend the court.
