can any one please tell me that what is company secretary and what does it deals with,m a LL.BIII student and i have been suggested to proceed for company secretary course please can any one explain me what is it and is there scope for it...

A company secretary takes care of the secretarial practices, legal processes, conduct of the company board meetings, AGMs, and implementation of the resolutions of the company, etc. of the company as per the company law and other laws applicable to a company.
