Dear sir,

if wife had filled dv case with all false allegation.

there are any procedure or case filling through which we can appeal with proper evidence.

wife has filled dv case if husband filled divorce case it will make impact on the dv case.

You can prefer appeal from any order passed in the DV proceeding before the sessions court.
Both the divorce and the DV Case are different proceeding without having any relation with each other nor its outcome would effect much to each other except some portions of the respective evidences.
