Could you kindly give details as to the type of organisation which recruits persons, viz. private, public sector, government,etc.

it is a public sector undertaking.

since you are a public sector undertaking you are bound to follow certain transperancy in your recruitments thus you must advertise again for the enhancement of intake otherwise the procedure culd be challenged and made void.
