2) Is photograph of both (owner & tenant) is required to stick on the agreement?
3) Who should purchase the NJ Stamp paper (owner/tenant)?

2- It differ state to state, in rajasthan photographs are not necessary.
3- Tenant will purchase the stamp paper.
