Can additional documents be filed along with IA applications can the same be filed along with reply arguments will the civil court appreciate evidence in IA please clarify

Yes, you can attach the supporting documents with IA or its Reply.

If the documents are not marked at the time of evidence. The court has no power to consider documents at the stage of arguments. If documents are necessary to your case file a application and seek re open and recall your evidence and mark the same

Dear Mr. Dayananda,

The documents are related to an enquiry in IA. Section 30 of Civil procedure code provides ample power to couurt even to impound the documents at any stage even by its own motion.

Kindly clarify if thats not correct.
