we r into partnership and running a computer training institute and it's registration is under process and we have shops act.
so the query is that can we run a computer training institute having shops act.

under which act/rule it is possible and from where i can get the details?

There is no special rule or act to run a legal business.

Registration of what, Training Institute or Partnership Deed? However, for conduct of your business, provisions of Shops & Establishments Act would apply to your training institute. You can run the business.

As long as your business is legal no body will bother you. First see that you attract students who will pay you , all other things can be taken care if you have a successful model.
