Execution filed from April 2006 to Feb 2010,which is still pending,can we file next execution from March 2010 to Feb 2011.
or we wait final disposal of first exectution ?

Yes, pendency of one or more than one execution proceeding is no bar to file another new one provided the arrears claimed in the proceeding must not be old than 12 months.
