accident claim

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 15 February 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Last saturday night my friend while he was goin home from work on his motor bike he met with an accident. He got a fractured leg.He has ESI coverage.His treatment was done in a private hospital which has ESI approval

So I want to know whether it is possible to get claim from ESI and Motor Vehicle insurance for the treatment.
