dear sir,
i m a sister of a guy who have been killed by 3other guys now my brother is no more with me but today i want to see the accused behind the bars for life long my brother was 18year old and the accused shotted him with the help of a unlicenced revolver.
now the accused family have submitted a application to prove the accused juminail on the bases of 10cbse certificate but as per our investigation we came to know that he is 21year old n also we came to know that they have changed his death of birth during his 10th standard ,we also get some evidendence i.e, mcd birth certificate and first class admission proof,but we have not submitted them yet so tell me if we will submit that ,are they enough to prove that those guys are not juminail???
plz help me out sir.......

if you are sure that accused are not juveniles, and are claiming the benefit of juveniles, by producing forged documents, you should act at once.
first thing , you have to do is to bring this matter to the notice of investigation officer, with sufficient evidences.
as state is the complainant in criminal cases, you can consult with the prosecutor of juvenile court to file a petition in this behalf.
you can also file a writ petition for re-investigation of the case in high court, or in the same court u/s 156(3) or 173(8) CRPC.
