past twenty years she has been living with him with out marriage. But now he is going to marry another lady?How she can claim her maintainence from her husband which is living in relation .How she can stop the marriage?thank you

RECENTLY THE SAME MATTER DECIDED BY THE SC, THE FACT OF THE CASE IS PAST 9 YEARS ONE MAN AND WOMEN WERE LIVING IN THE SAME VILLAGE AND THEY HAD ONE SON ALSO, THEY SOLEMNIZED THEIR SON'S BIRTHDAY WITH THEIR NEIGHBOURS, THE SAID WOMEN GETTING VOTER CARD WITH THE SAID MAN IS THE HUSBAND.THE SC DECIDE THIS MATTER THEY ARE COUPLE.
