notice period

sir,
i was working with one comapany ,i did not give bond , without resigning to that job i went to singapur for another job ,now previous comapny issued me the notice ,when i have not signed to any agrreement how long that notice is enforciable

see whether any such condition is existing in your appointment order. in case, no such condition is existing, it can not be enforced.

Bond is different and appointment order is different. As per the appointment order you have to resign the job and can join any other company. You can not simply abscond from the job without resigning.

The act of the company is right.
