Surrogate motherhood and the rights and liablities of a surrogate mother is presently a hot topic. Even the status of the child born to a surrogate mother- about its citzenship etc.- have lead to lot of contraversy. The law in many countries, incliuding India, is not crystalised. Furhter the subject is touching the lives of many globally. I suggest the anbove subject for ur consideration as a research topic.
