Can a summons trial be converted in to warrant trial ?
And , Can a warrant trial be converted in to summons trial ?

A summons trial case can not be converted into warrant trial but a warrant trial case can be converted in summons triable case.

I have opposite view.
S. 259 permits for Conversion of summons trial in to warrant trial and not vice versa. Magistrate has no power to divert back to adopt the procedure for summons case where procedure for warrant cases has already been adopted
