I have a RCR going on in court and is at the evidence stage,Hearing is on 20th Dec 2010 Request you to please help me in getting format for Evidence Filing. Thanks

Sir,
There is no special format for evidence in RCR, it is same as we usually filing in other civil cases.

Yes, no formal format is for evidence. you can go with pleadings and documents. your have to prove your allegations and documents and rebut the averments and documents of other party in your evidence.
