Sir, I worked with Pvt. Ltd. from July 2008 to May 2010, I just want to confirm that shall I eligible for Diwali bonus as per Bonus Act.

yes, you are eligible. no, diwali bonus is not come within the ambit of PBA but can be claimed if it paid to all other employees of the company being part of wages.
