How much one should pay to engage lawyer for settling the matrimonial dispute in District Court?
Whether one should pay per hearing or in lumpsum?

Dear Querist,

Professional Fee for engaging an advocate for handling the matrimonial dispute in District Court at Delhi would be merely a mutual arrangement you and him. Some lawyers charge per hearing basis and sometime, advocate like me would be happy with in lumpsum basis to be paid in 2-3 installment.

Trust this would suffice.
