What are qualification and conditions to get the Land grant from the Govt???

What is procedure to get the land grant from the Govt??

The government can grant lands for different purposes which are in public interest. You have to make a representation to the concerned District collector setting out the details and the public purpose for which you require such a grant. On being convinced about such requirement,the government would make the grant.

I agree with the above view. However, the policy differs from state to state.

THe land grant require in the karnataka state and bangalore rural district.
