thanks for answering my first query. As a continuation to that, I wish to know whether probate of my will is necessary to be done by my youngest daughter for transfer of flat to my youngest daughter after my death. Is it time-consuming and cumbersome procedure to make a probate? Can she bypass that process in any way? I do not want her to suffer in any way after my death. Hence I ask this.

Probate is optional and not compulsory.

Probate is necessary for enforcing the Will. It may become time-consuming and cumbersome should your other children decide to oppose. In the given circumstances, the best U can do is to put her in possession before your death as the only alternative is a Deed of Gift.

No it is not necessary, only by giving vardi to the concerned revenue department on the basis of the will, she can get enter her name.
