Whether murder is accident in case of LIC.

In a case of Workman Compensation, it was held to be an accident. That should apply to LIC too.

If the murder is not committed by the nominee or the nominee is not involved in the murder case then claim shall be paid as death but not accidental death. Mens rea plays the role.
