Respected sir,
in court application SUBMITTED BY MY WIFE
1)ADDRESS provided by wife is incomplete
2)information about my occupation is wrong
3)bills of jewellery submitted do not have VAT NO,DECLARATION,GOVT LICENSE NO,SALES TAX NO.AND SUCH OTHER THINGS IS THESE BILLS ARE COUNTED VALID IN COURT.
4)IN DV CASE CAN WE DEMAND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS THROUGH APPEAL IN COURT FROM MY WIFE SUCH AS BANK TRANSACTION ETC.

Yes you can demand but at the time of trial. Mere absence of those tax nos are not sufficient to prove the receipts false if the wife proves those receipts by due process of law.
