KINDLY NOTE THAT MOST OF THE ACTS ARE IN FAVOUR OF MARRIED WOMAN.THE SAID SEC.498A IS MISUSED ,EVEN LATEST SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT OBSERVED THIS AND HAD MADE SOME SUGGESTIONS TO THE LAW MAKERS.
BEST THING IS JUST KEEP PATIENCE AND DO NOT OVER REACT.KEEP BUSY IN OFFFICE WORK SO THAT YOUR INCOME IS NOT AFFECTED.
AS FAR AS POSSIBLE YOU AND YOUR WIFE SHOULD RESIDE IN SEPERATE HOUSE SO THAT YOUR PARENTS AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS SHOULD NOT GET UNNECESSARIY HARASSMENT.
GOOD LUCK.

Try to re-conciliate with your wife. Your son has born and he can become a common factor of love and affection for you both so go to your wife and welcome your son. This is the proper time your wife needs you. If you go on alleging and remain busy in fearing from section 498A or elsewhere other relevant provisions of law available to your wife and you do not perform your duty as a father or husband then definitely you are inviting aforesaid problems in real sense.
