How to File "Janhit Yachika"

Dear you all,

Can any one tell?

1)-I want to know that How a layman can file a "JANHIT YACHIKA" in Supreme Court. Tell me in detail.

2)- if it is On post card than somebody can see who file it and than might be a problem for filer.

Any one can file the PIL if the right of the comunity or a group of persons are effective of any mishchief.
A single post card be treated as petition.

Take care now a days the SC is imposing heavy fines for janhit yachikas if not relevant.

Janhit yachika can file by any citizen but matter should be genuine.It should contain the petitioners name and address ,respondents name and address ,the grievances ,Remedy seeking and under which provision.
