Grandfather property

My Grandfather father having 3 childrens one is my father and 2 daughters(above 50 + Age ) .

3 months back all the property wht ever my grnad father having registerd( on my name) and my grand father passed away last month . In any case my aunties are eligible for my grand fathers property ??

well you did not mention how the property were registered in your name... well in case of registered deeds your aunties can not claim aything except on the ground that the deed were executed on account of Coercion and undue influence by your grandfather, which is very diffucult to establish..so you need not worry n relax

If they are the self acquisitions of your grandpa then you need not bother. If they are ancestral properties,then your aunts can claim shares.

The property given to you by your grand father is self earned property then no problem will arise. If the property is ancestral, definately your father's sister can claim there share in the property.
