need help under section12(A)domestic violence

RESPECTED SIR,
HOW ONE CAN PROVE THAT HE HAS NOT TAKEN DOWRY.IN FACT THE PERSON HAS NOT TAKEN EVEN A SINGLE RUPEE . I AM WORRIED ABOUT MY OLD AGED FATHER WHO IS IN HIS LAST AGES OF LIFE.
I AM LIVING WITH HIM AND HE IS LIVING FOR ME.
WE BOTH ARE PILLAR OF EACH OTHER.
HOW I CAN OPPOSE AGAINST DOWRY ALLEGATION.
TOMMOROW I WILL GO AND TALK WITH SOME LAWYER ABOUT MY MATTER.BUT I REALLY DONT WANT TO LOOSE MY FATHER.
THANKS YOU HAVE GIVEN ME ENOUGH COURAGE TO STAND AGAINST FALSE ALLEGATION.

Court cannot believe the oral evidence so to prove that dowry is not taken it is better to lead the evidence of the elder persons who were the elders to the marriage.
