RESPECTED GIRISH SIR,
CAN I ASK HOW FAMILY MARRIGE IS NOT A LEGAL MARRIGE? IT WAS DONE WITH BOTH PARTIES CONSENT ,FROM GROOM SIDE ONLY FAMILY MEMBERS WERE PRESENT BUT BRIDE SIDE CALLED ONLY FRIENDS DESPITE WORDS GROOM FAMILY WERE INSULTED BY BRIDE FAMILY.
KINDLY CLEAR THIS POINT AS ME AND GROOM FAMILY IS SUFFERING FROM THE DAY ONE OF THIS MARRIGE

Navin! Had you or your family suffered any insult prior to marriage, why did you decided to marry with such girl side or vice-versa?
Whatever has happened is now a realty and you have to accept the marriage and shall have to think separate defence points. It shall be better for you to consult with any local lawyer with all the facts favouring you so that a suitable and definite line of action may be initiated.
