In sec.125 cr.p.c. childerns can get maintance from their widow Mother?
If yes Any Rulling!

Widowed mother if she is earning, then she has to support her children. So her children can get maintenance fro their mother though she is a widow. There is no exception that widow is not liable to pay maintenance to her children.
