Suit filed by senior citizen

Under which provisions of CPC, it is required to heard and dispose off within two years?

please advice.

There is no provision in CPC according any special status to the senior citizens.It is only under the guidance of the supreme court and that of the high courts that such priority is given. However you can invoke Sec.151 of CPC before the court and request for priority on this ground and for early disposal.

you can also get a direction from High Court for speedy disposal of the case

There is no provision in the CPC. Various HCs have given directions on humanitarian grounds.
