two accused persons were tried for an offence u/s 379 r/w 34 ipc. 2 nd accused was im- plicated on the basis of an alleged confession of 1 st accused.how far ths confession admissible, especially when recovery was effected from 1 st accused ?

If no recovery on the basis of the discloser, cofession not applicable on the 2nd accused.
