i am have an proclaimed warrant pending in special cbi court how to cancel and how to get relief. can i put writ petition in the high court of andhra pradesh.

yes.file a petition under sec.482 in ap high court

Unless the you comply the directions of the cbi court the high court is not likely to pass any order in your favour.
