i have purchase the services regarding web side hosting to TIMES INDIA LTD
ON DATED 17/12/09 COMPANY COMMITED ME FOR COMPLETE THE WORK WITHIN 2 MONTH BUT NOW HAVE BEEN SPENT THE 8 MONTH I ALREADY PAY FULL PAYMENT ACCORDING TO COMPANY
I REQUEST TO REFUND MY MONEY BUT COMPANY DENY ITS AND I HAVE NO ANY RESPONCE
PLZ SHORT OUT THE MY PROBLEMS
HOW DO FIGHT TO COMPANY

Issue legal notice to the company to repay the paid amount along with an interest within 7/15 days.If co., failed to respond you then file a suit for recovery of money.
You can also file a consumer case for providing better service, but you have to show that for which purpose you had paid money is to earn the daily livelyhood.
