can a will deed be written on white papaer and registered can a person who has lost a case can write a will of the property which the person admitted in a court case that the property does not belong to him/her

yes. will can be written on white paper and registered. in view of his admission in court proceedings,such a person cannot execute a will.it will illegal on his part to execute a will with regard to property that does not belong to him.

As the property in question is not in his possession he cannot write his own will.

A person who is not the owner of the property cannot write a will.
A will can be written on the white paper.
