i want to know that what rights are avaiable to owner of copyright if there is any breach by licencee ??

An owner of the CopyRight (PLAINTIFF ) is entitled to file suit that he is owner of the CopyRight as defined in sect.54 of the CopyRights Act against importation of infringing copies ,Injunction is, therefore, the only effective remedy.
